I just bought a van last day, I have safety and e-mission and previous owner receipt and insurence, today I want to change name and plate, but I do not know where the transportancy, the van back outside has rust, so I also want to know where I can buy the cheaper lacquer

sorry for confoused information, I means I buy the used van yesterday, everything passed(e-mission and safety) and I also previous owner receipt and insurence, I only need the plate from the gov. transprotency, someone told me if I have receipt of previous owner, I can go to transprotency myself, but I do not the address of the deapartment, so need help.

光有收据没用，你要和原车主一起去。他把车证(ownership)交上去(或当OFFICER面给你)那个收据是是你缴税用的， 而且前车主的保险和你无关，你得自己买保险，不然办不到牌子。

I think I can take 97 to walkly bus station, then walk toward to bank street, I do not sure how far from 1800 bank street to the transportion department? is it near the transtation(bank street/walkly road)?
