美国前内华达州小姐马诺斯（ Caleche Manos，图）去年被「点错相」，遭警员破门入屋用枪指吓，要她赤裸下床。警员事后知道摆乌龙，却没有向她道歉，她与未婚夫入禀法院，向警方索偿。
马诺斯去年11月与未婚夫睡觉时，洛杉矶警方持搜查令破门入屋，用手枪指吓两人要求他们下床。马诺斯当时全身赤裸，男警员都色瞇瞇看着她胴体，令她感到受辱。警方发现摆乌龙，他们要搜查的是 C单位，却冲入马诺斯下榻的 A单位，但他们没有道歉，反而傲慢地说：「你们可以在感恩节分享这次经历。」
马诺斯与未婚夫入禀法院，控告警方疏忽、非法禁锢和性骚扰，要求索偿。
