OTTAWA — The Ottawa Public Library’s Metcalfe branch is to be closed from Aug. 20 to 25 as new flooring is installed, says the city. The book drop at the library, at 2782 8th Line Rd., south of Victoria Street, will be available during the closure, according to the city.
