Ottawa Police are seeking a man who held up a bank on Innes Road on Tuesday afternoon in a lunchtime robbery. Just before 12:30 p.m., a man with his face covered and armed with a kitchen knife jumped the counter at the bank and demanded money. He was given an undisclosed sum along with a dye pack, which exploded as he left the bank.
