Police are investigating after a 37-year-old man was found in a motel parking lot in Kemptville with neck wounds. Paramedics were treating the Woodstock man in the parking lot of the Howard Johnson motel on County Road 43 at around 6:30 p.m. sometime this week when police arrived on scene.
