MRSP is an open secret. (because of internet and other web sites).

They don't make much money on selling new cars.

Best timing to negotiate is when they change model, or close to year end (I think there is something called year end bonus from manufacturer to dealers, and also to sales persons), then you can get a much better deal. Now is NOT a good time...

I think for present, at least 5% off MRSP.
Cash incentive is 800 CAD! (plus save on tax => 900 CAD already)

Can ask for more Cash bonus (or incentive)

Actually, it is ok to buy it now as long as u can negotiate to a price you can accept, you may not be able to get the color you want if wait to the end of the year.

不过我们想贷款。这款网上报价3万1千多，包含各种费用，如果贷款，最多能便宜多少？不想杀价太狠，但是想知道底线，好谈价。
另外，如果是第一次买车，收入不高，信用平均，不好不坏，那么这种0% 6年的financing能拿到吗？谢谢。

The above three amount to 4000 plus & Tax.

How about also considering Subaru Forrester? AWD is STANDARD

Please note that AWD and 4WD use more gas. Weight of hardware.
Subaru is 100 % made in Japan (VIN number starts with J)
RAV 4 made in Canada.

Since you have mentioned there is 4000 CASH incentive with RAV 4, that is much much better than ZERO % finance.

If you want V 6, then Forrestor is not your choice, since it is V4 2.5 L

I am just curious why LZ wants to buy a SUV, instead of a sedan, like Camry/Accord/Legacy/Altima (V4 version) ?

Altima with CVT is very good on gas. I rented the car twice. Awesome.

My recommendation: If you want to "买美国车", it is better to lease the car. Usually "美国车" cars are trouble free for the first four years, but after that, ... (ask any mechanics you trust and refer to Consumer Reports April edition which is an exclusive edition on car ratings).
