OTTAWA — When an OC Transpo passenger called out a bus driver on Twitter for forcing a blind senior to give up her seat to make room for “a massive stroller” on Monday morning, the transit service responded promptly on the same social media site with a promise to investigate. Melissa Wright wanted to know why a stroller, which could be folded up, should take priority over a woman of about 70 who cannot see.
