If any one have the experences, could you have a look my setup how much it worth.

17' monitor
ATX non-integrated main board. Easy to upgrade.
AMD 350M with fan
8 M AGP ATI display card (support TV interface)
64 M RAM
8 G Harddisk
64k Modem
Network card 10 M for DSL connection
HP Color printer
with key board, mouse etc.

If I feel OK, I may sale it out. Otherwise, I will keep it.
