A water rescue team was on the scene Monday morning after a submerged car was found in the Ottawa River near the Nepean Sailing Club. Shortly after 8 a.m., a two-door Chevy had been hauled onto the shore. Windows on both of the car’s doors were broken, and police were searching it.
