OTTAWA — Ottawa Police have charged a 46-year-old man in relation to a robbery that occurred Saturday in Bells Corners. Around 7:30 p.m., a man entered a retail store in the 100 block of Stafford Road and waited in line with customers. He then produced a knife and demanded money, before fleeing in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash.
