Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2012​

The Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC) invites all community members to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 26th,
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Ottawa Chinese Alliance Church, 22 Eccles St, Ottawa, ON K1R 6S2. Please note the new location of the AGM this year.

Please be advised that there will be voting for elections to the Board of Directors. All Members in Good Standing are eligible to vote and to nominate eligible members for nomination to the Board.

Alice Wong, MP (Richmond, B.C.) will provide the keynote address. Alice Wong formerly served as the Parliamentary Secretary for Multiculturalism and is currently the Minister of State for Seniors.

渥太華華人社區服務中心現邀請所有社區成員參加中心2012年年度大會。時間：2012年9月26日，週三晚間6：30 – 8:00 pm。地點：渥太华华人宣道会 22 Eccles St, Ottawa, ON K1R 6S2 請注意，今年的大會將在新地點舉辦。

此次年度大會將進行理事會成員選舉投票。所有符合標準的會員都可以參加投票並且可以提名合格會員參與理事會成員任命。

加拿大国会议员MP (Richmond, B.C.) 黃陳小萍女士将为此次活动做主旨演讲。黃陳小萍女士曾担任加拿大多元文化国会秘书，现在担任聯邦耆老事務國務部長
