Mark is subletting the apartment starting September 1, 2012 and ending February 1. Before February, you can renew the lease with the rental office inside the building easily. Mark leaves the apartment because he is moving in with his girlfriend. He will leave all of his new furniture as well as some new dishes with the new tenant. His furniture was purchased last February with over $2000 (have receipts, only 7 month old!)
---A deposit of one month rent is required
---A sublet lease will be signed with Mark for 5 month sublet
---Rent should be paid before or on the first day of each month
---Sublet rent is $849/per month(with new furniture, $50 will be added for the first 5months). February 1, 2013 (will sign a lease with the rental office)
---After February 1, the tenant has a choice of buying the 7 month old furniture (have receipts) at half price or buying his/her
own furniture.
----The rent includes all utilities (electricity, heating, hot & cold water etc.)
----Indoor and outdoor parking available at extra cost ($50 each spot)
----Other facilities:
Indoor (inside the building) and outdoor swimming pool
Tennis court
Laundry inside the building
Paying the rent inside the building (at the entrance
-----pets allowed
-----15mins walk to Carleton University along the beautiful canal
-----1-2mins.walk to a few bus stops that directly goes to the university
and downtown areas.
------2-5mins walk to the shopping areas where banks, grocery stores, Shoppers Drugmart, McDonalds, Tim Horton (coffer shop) , the professional building(accountant, dentist,ect.) and many other shops are available.
