OTTAWA — Ottawa police are asking victims of a man charged with fraud and theft to come forward. Richard Lee Maracle, 41, of no fixed address, was charged with several counts of fraud under $5,000, theft of a motor vehicle and theft under $5,000. He is in police custody.
