The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a public warning on the possible contamination of certain brand of mangoes by Salmonella bacteria imported from Mexico re: the following link for details. Currently, they are sold in provinces other than Ontario. On the safe side, please refrain from this brand to avoid food poisoning.

Salmonella braenderup is one of over 2000 strains of the bacteria found on earth.

You may share with your family and friends living in other provinces such as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, etc.

the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s public warning against the consumption of a certain type of polish sausage (read to eat) deli sold at a meat company in Mississauga. The sausage may have been contaminated with Listeria bacteria, which can cause severe food poisoning symptoms, especially in the elderly and pregnant women resulting in miscarriage or premature delivery.
