The Ottawa police major crimes unit is continuing their investigation into the shooting that killed 22-year-old Levy Kasende in the early hours of Saturday morning. Kasende was visiting his former girlfriend, Sarah Labib, 20, and their four-month old daughter, Jayla-Marie, when he was shot outside of her townhouse at 2676 Innes Rd.
