A teenager was sent to hospital with critical injuries to his head, face and chest after the vehicle he was driving rolled over early Wednesday morning in Ottawa’s west end. The 17-year-old boy was thrown from the vehicle on Strandherd Drive at around 1 a.m., paramedics said in a news release. . mbrownlee@ottawacitizen.com
