OTTAWA — STO buses need to stop speeding on King Edward Avenue, says a motorist who reports that he was side-swiped by an Quebec bus driver who seemed peeved that he was driving at the legal 40 km/h limit. The collision took place Friday between an STO (Société de transport de l’Outaouais) bus and a car driven by Nathan Davis, who happens to be co-chair of the King Edward Avenue task force, a citizens advocacy group that wants to improve neighbourhood livability.
