A working fire in Vanier kept Ottawa firefighters busy Sunday morning. Ottawa fire responded to a working fire at 1043 Cummings Ave. at 10:24 a.m. Sunday, where crews reported “heavy black smoke” coming from a unit on the third floor of the three-storey apartment building.
