An Ottawa woman will appeal a legal ruling that gave The Ottawa Hospital the right to withhold life-saving treatments from her 89-year-old father, who was admitted following a November 2010 car accident. Diana Ford has launched the appeal in Ontario Superior Court even though her father, Gustav Spindler, died July 11.
