Cyclist killed in Highway 17 crash near Petawawa

cyclist was killed in an early morning crash with a tractor-trailer on Highway 17 in Petawawa, according to Ontario Provincial Police. Both were travelling east on the highway near Paquette Road when they collided around 6:30 a.m., police said. The cyclist died before being transported to hospital, police said. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
