OTTAWA — Ottawa Police have arrested one of two suspects in connection with a July robbery along Prince of Wales Drive. Randy Ouaton-Ntenda-Languy, 19 of Ottawa, has been charged with robbery with a firearm and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
