我9月份要从美国开辆车过来~但是不知道入关的具体手续都要什么~还有关税是怎么计算的~如果各位有人知道请告诉我一下~谢谢~~

it depens on, if you are visiter, and have U.S.牌照, nothing is needed. but if you want to
stay in Canada for more than 3 month, you need to change牌照, and you should pay tax. I paid
8% when I applyed a 牌照 in ottawa.

但是我只是个留学生~打算用这个车在这里呆上几年~不过我还有一个问题就是我在官方网站上看了上面说有些进口车需要改装~~不知道2000年的camry xle v6用不用~？你能告诉我么？如果需要都需要改什么东西？还有最多要花多少钱？谢谢了~
