Out-of-service Transpo elevators spell trouble for disabled riders in Ottawa

An inoperable elevator is a dead-end for OC Transpo users with disabilities. Catherine Gardner, former chair of the City of Ottawa’s accessibility advisory committee, asks all OC Transpo riders to step into her shoes when she finds herself staring at an ‘out-of-service’ sign and needs to get to her next bus.
