Five singers from Ópera Ambulante De Tijuana, or the roaming opera of Tijuana, sponsored by the Mexican Embassy, delivered their renditions of opera classics in "flash mob" style in the Carleton Galleria while students changed classes on Friday, September 14, 2012. The young opera ensemble was formed in 2010 with the intention of bringing classical opera vignettes to unconventional spaces unrelated to the operatic experience.
