OTTAWA — The antique six-shooter tucked into a teenager’s waistband might have looked less out of place in the Wild West than on the streets of Ottawa. But Gian Carlos Miranda-Mosquera likely wouldn’t have been confused for a cowboy, even if the loaded .38-calibre Cowboy Ranger revolver he was carrying might have fit nicely in a wrangler’s holster.
