Paramedics to report response times in a new way

OTTAWA — City paramedics will use a new method to report how long it takes to get to calls after the province changed its response-time standards. The changes won’t affect how paramedics provide their services, council’s community and protective services committee heard on Thursday, but it means that different information will be sent to the province.
