The Ontario Provincial Police have charged the driver in a fatal collision in North Glengarry Township Sunday that killed his two passengers. 25-year-old Kevin Menard of South Glengarry was charged Monday with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. He is scheduled to appear in court in Alexandria on Dec. 5.
