Old tech, new beat in Ottawa

OTTAWA — CompuCorps.org is having a street party Thursday, and the cost of admission is your old laptop, phone or desktop PC. The charity “repurposes” old computers, phones and tablet computers for low-income families in Ottawa and for children in other countries who lack access to computer technologies.
