Land for park-and-ride lot in Chapman Mills to cost $5.3M

The city is set to spend $5.3 million on land for a new OC Transpo parking lot in south Nepean. The four-hectare property at Woodroffe Avenue and Strandherd Drive will eventually hold 680 park-and-ride spaces, according to a report bound for city council’s transportation committee next week.
