Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre is looking for volunteers with a knowledge

One Volunteer of each sport: Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton Instructor/Referee/Player

We are organizing a weekly after-school sports program for high school students (poster is attached):

• Every Monday (October 1-November 26)
• 4:00-5:30pm
• McNabb Recreation Centre (180 Percy St.)

We need one volunteer who has knowledge of the rules of volleyball. Duties may include:

• Setup and take down of volleyball nets
• Giving a brief explanation about the rules of volleyball to those who do not know how to play
• Refereeing volleyball matches
• Playing volleyball with other participants

Volunteer hours:

• 1.5 volunteer hours per week
• 12 volunteer hours total
