Councillors are lining up to support the idea of a casino in Ottawa, even if they aren’t sure they’ll vote for a specific proposal in the end. Most emphasize that they haven’t made up their minds, since a meeting of city council’s powerful finance committee Tuesday evening is supposed to be about consulting the public before a vote. Nevertheless, they all have views they would have to be talked out of.
