A woman whose shirt and bra were allegedly snipped off by an Ottawa police cellblock sergeant still wasn’t wearing a blue coverall suit nearly two hours after police gave one to her, a special constable testified Friday. Special Constable Michael Bednarek said he remembered having to tell the woman to put on the blue suit when he visited her cell to take her for fingerprints at 11:28 a.m.
