Councillor Scott Moffatt has a big heart. In January, he donated $750 to a gala to raise money for an eating disorder clinic. In March he gave $1,000 to help repair a family monument in Beechwood Cemetery. In May, the Rideau-Goulbourn councillor purchased a $600 foursome for a charity golf tournament.
