you don't have to pay TAX if you are transferring the car to family members, include your sister. just go to access ontario location and make a sworn statement, that there is no money changed hand.

我去city hall 问过了，说不需要交税，但要做safety test。请问哪里做这个test 比较便宜一点？ 另外，我兄弟那车现在没保险，我是不是可以先把保险买了然后开去做完safety test再拿去上牌呢，还是应该有什么其他的途径操作呀，谢谢啦
