Presto boss quits provincial agency after failed Ottawa launch

The executive at Metrolinx who was in charge of the disastrous attempt to launch a smart-card payment system for OC Transpo has resigned, the provincial agency said Monday. Judy Pfeifer, Metrolinx’s head spokesperson, said she couldn’t say anything else about the departure because of privacy rules.
