A Crown prosecutor laid out his case Tuesday against a man accused of murdering his roommate, who was beaten with a hammer and stabbed with a sword at an east end apartment three years ago. Toby Land has pleaded not guilty to the charge of second-degree murder in connection with the death of Dominic Doyon in May 2009 in Lowertown.
