The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a man missing from his home in the east end of Ottawa. Larry Kennedy is described as a white male, 53 years of age, 6 ft 1 in tall, 230 lbs, clean shaven, salt and pepper hair with a receding hair line.
