More than 700 tickets handed out in weekend traffic blitz

Ottawa police laid charges for 13 criminal offences and handed out more than 700 tickets as part of a Thanksgiving weekend traffic blitz. Officers targeted aggressive, distracted and drunk drivers, as well as those who weren’t wearing their seat belts or using appropriate child restraints between Friday and Monday.
