Noise and chaos on night of Lowertown stabbing, court hears

OTTAWA — The night a man was found stabbed to death three years ago in a Lowertown apartment was chaotic and noisy, neighbours told a court Tuesday. Toby Land, 22, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the death of Dominic Doyon. His body was found in May 2009 with indents from a hammer in his head and stab wounds from a sword through his torso.
