Adami: Ma Bell keeps man on hold over backyard cleanup

Brad Latta is grateful he didn’t have to set himself on fire at Bell Canada headquarters in order to get the company’s attention. Even so, now that The Public Citizen has told Bell about the small job it needs to do in his backyard — more than four months after Latta started calling the company — can it just complete the task and stop the playing the blame game with Hydro Ottawa?
