OTTAWA — An HIV-positive man who once described himself as a “poz vampire” who wanted to infect others never once mentioned in online chats that he wanted anyone to die, his defence lawyer suggested Monday. In fact, Ian Carter suggested it was difficult to separate the “fantasy talk” and “false bragging” from what was the truth in the more than 100 chats entered into evidence.
