这种小房子的价格简直像卫星，2000年Minto才卖18万，乖乖，现在就敢喊24万！在去年年底，用$24万已可买Minto的2500平方尺的房子(after a bonus of $15,000)。

24万是合理价格了,君不见2000年HUNT CLUB 的大房子23万买回,今年35万的ASKING PRICE吗? 而房主什么都没有UPGRADE. 别人正赶上好时候了呀.

1700尺不小了,年轻夫妇带一小孩正好,若没小孩住着就更宽松.太大的房子既难打扫又浪费PROPERTY TAX, 从投资的角度考虑也不见得是明智之举.经济不好时大房子跌得最快.当然,如果家里人多确有此必要又令当别论了.

To be honest, the price is based on current market price

The price is NOT based on the listing price 3 years ago. I think nobody will do so.

Just one comment, please don't misleading people by providing Minto's listing price. Most people know that with 180,000 listing price, the price can easily go over 200,000 if include lot premium and little upgrade. Take Minto's new model Catalina (1790 sqft) as an example, the listing price is $230,400, but the price for quick occupacy in Chapman mills is $242,400. Based on my previous experience, Minto wouldn't put many upgrades to the Quick Occupancy house besides lot premium ( please correct me if I am wrong).

Thanks for the comments. I will keep it in mind. I have selected to post the house here, I am prepared to hear different voices. I wouldn't provide any more comments on my house price. If I couldn't make a sell with this price, I will know what to do. The house price will finally be driven by the market.

Actually, the listing price is pretty reasonable for now. The condition of the house is also very good. I am sure it will be sold soon.
