OTTAWA — A 27-year-old cyclist suffered life-threatening injuries Thursday night when she was hit by a vehicle travelling “at high speed” near Carleton University, according to the Ottawa Paramedic Service. An off-duty paramedic treated the woman before an ambulance arrived at Bronson and Holmwood avenues just before 8 p.m.
