Parliamentary Budget Officer to take Conservative government to court

Parliamentary Budget Officer Kevin Page said Sunday the time has come for him to take the government to court. Page has been seeking detailed information on $5.2 billion in budget cuts since they were announced in the federal budget in March. Last week, it appeared that the long-running battle might be resolved after dozens of departments said they would turn over information.
