Taste your way around the world! This year’s Ottawa Wine & Food Festival expansive Tasting Floor at the Ottawa Convention Centre welcomes hundreds of exhibitors offering samples over 1500 of the finest wines, beers and spirits and foods from around the globe.
Discover flavours you have never savoured and meet and learn from the makers and people behind them. Join award winning Chef Clark Day for a “Taste of Kingston” as he prepares an intimate three-course meal with wine pairings. Bacon mania sweeps into the festival as the Canadian Culinary Federation invites you to belly up to the Bacon Bar for a three course pairing of the divine swine, beer and wine.
Always a sell-out, the Tasting Alley is a two-hour tasting that allows a limited number of participants to sample over 75 wines from around the world. Book a wine seminar at The Taste & Discover Series, which offers a series of wine tasting seminars for the novice to the connoisseur. Each one-hour tasting features different themes with tasting experts guiding you along the way.
Take in top restaurant chefs and cookbook authors at the Festival’s kitchen demonstration area as they prepare their favourite dishes.
