The speaker:
Rev. Teo is the founder pastor for Ottawa Mandarine Alliance Church (OMAC). In 1998, all four Chinese Alliance churches in Ottawa organized a joint mission conference at the Adult High School, where a joint missionary-sending ceremony was held for Rev. and Mrs. Teo. After that ceremony, they diligently served the Lord in Israel, reaching out to thousands of overseas Chinese labours in Isereal. They then served in other places training cross cultural missionaries until this year.
