中新网10月26日电 10月26日凌晨，上海长宁警方在虹许路靠近老外街进行酒后驾车例行检查时，查获一名酒后驾车男子，经核查，该男子为知名演员王志文。

上海警方证实王志文属于酒后驾车，尚未达到醉驾级别。目前，他的血样已送司法鉴定，警方已暂扣其驾驶证，相关调查取证工作正在进行中。

据2011年颁布的《道路交通安全法》规定，饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处暂扣六个月机动车驾驶证，并处1000元以上2000元以下罚款。因饮酒后驾驶机动车被处罚，再次饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处十日以下拘留，并处一千元以上二千元以下罚款，吊销机动车驾驶证。
