OTTAWA — Ottawa firefighters were able to contain a house fire on Glenpark Drive on Wednesday but couldn’t say how many people had been displaced from the two-storey rowhouse. The fire, which caused extensive smoke damage throughout the home, started in the basement of the end unit at 83 Glenpark Dr.
