New session of (Argentine) Tango lessons starts in November at CCHC, the session consists of a total of 6 classes. From this session on, we will have several teachers joining us!!
- Alina La Morocha, taught for many years, and literally started the Tango community in Romania!
- Mara and Cenker Uzun, as dancing couple, they have trained with World Tango Champions and Argentine Tango maestros, in multiple tango styles and methods.
Class time:
Monday 6:30 - 8:00pm (entry level), starting Nov. 12th (with Alina La Morocha and assistant)
Friday 8:00 - 9:00pm (intermediate level), starting Nov. 16th (with Mara and Cenker)
Address: 397 Kent St.
Cost for the 6 week session: Monday class $90/person; Friday class $60/person
Please bring a separate pair of indoor shoes for taking the lesson. While leather or suede sole dance shoes are best for dancing Tango, any light weight shoes with none sticky sole will do. Avoid soft rubber sole shoes. Having your own partner is optional.
