Ottawa public schools will be open Monday, assures director of education

It will be classes as usual Monday despite the threat of a stepped up labour action by teachers, says the director of the city’s public school board. In a posting on the board’s website Friday, Jennifer Adams, director of the Ottawa Carleton District School Board, said all schools will be open.
